Our orders are shipped usingĀ Royal Mail as our courier service for all domestic UK and international orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status at any time using the link provided.
- As all our parcels are fully tracked, they allow customers to manage their delivery. This includes scheduling delivery on a different date, selecting a safe place or a neighbour where the parcel can be delivered, and providing instructions on where the parcel should not be left. Otherwise, the courier may leave the parcel in an unwanted place.

- Express Delivery: 1ā2 working days
- UK orders arrive inĀ 2-3 business days.Ā
- Delivery Time:Ā International delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- North America: 7-14 business days
- Asia and Oceania: 7-15 business days
- Africa and South America: 10-20 business days Please note that these are estimated times, and delivery may take longer depending on customs clearance and other factors.
- Customs and Duties:Ā International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
- Tracking:Ā Once your international order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delays:
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, external factors like customs or courier delays may occasionally cause setbacks.

Returns
We do not offer returns for international orders.
For UK orders, customers may request a refund by emailing info@eyibeauty.co.ukĀ within 14 days of receiving their order.Ā
A refund will only be approved once the goods have been been returned in its original condition, meaning all items must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
We do not accept partial returns or selective refund requests. Refunds are only considered if the entire order is returnedĀ unopened, unused and in original conditionĀ and withinĀ 14 daysĀ of delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or defective, please email info@eyibeauty.co.ukĀ within 14 days of purchase with supporting pictures attached. Only replacements are sent in case of damaged/defective items.
Lost Shipments
- All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. If tracking shows that your parcel was successfully delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. If you suspect your parcel was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local courier service and/ or filing a police report.
- We are not liable for parcels stolen from premises after delivery has been confirmed.
- Ā If the shipment is confirmed lost by Royal Mail , kindly note that Royal Mail will be liable for this refund . A claim will be made to Royal Mail on behave of the customer and due process will be followed
Undeliverable Packages
If the incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge to be resent the package once it is returned back to us.Ā
Cancellations
Please email us info@eyibeauty .co.ukĀ with your order number in order to cancel your order. Please note we can only cancel your order if it is not yet shipped out.Ā
