At Eyibeauty, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy:

1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

3. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare or beauty products.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@eyibeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
